Carole's Tousled Hair

 An L.A. major fashion event calls for the latest hair styles. Right now it's PIXIE CUTS for women with short hair and TOUSLED WAVES for those with long hair. Watch as Carole's hair is transformed from straight to this...

 

The trick is in the spray. Spray and foof to get volume.

 Once you get the volume it's time for a wide curling iron. TIP: Don't start at the roots. You start a few inches down.

 Then you foof the curls.

 Carole and I prefer light, fruity fragrances and this one, which can't be found in stores, hits just the right note! It's called "Pop of Pink" and is a blend of mango, grapefruit, and citrus with a hint of violet.

XCVI Fashion Show at Vibiana, L.A.

 

This was the site of an incredible fashion show from one of our favorite lines.

  The show was invitation only. Here are some scenes from the private patio reception.

 It's always inviting when there are outdoor sofas.

As the lights dimmed we grabbed some dinner before the show. It was fun to watch people being interviewed and photographed on the red carpet. 

 Now it is our turn. Fun!

Back to the reception for some live D.J. tunes

 As the evening progressed all of the outdoor palm trees became a sea of colored lights.

Carole had fun getting a complimentary manicure.

 Time for the show! The beautiful cathedral was full of hundreds of people: press, paparazzi, fashionistas, and buyers like us.

 We were thrilled to be assigned to front row seats and found these gifts bags at our seats...LOVE it!!!

Excitement and wonderful music filled the air and swirled all around us as the electric violin was played along the runway. The crowd went wild!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this line! As you can see skinny jeans and leggings continue to be the #1 trend.

We are always on the lookout for trends in all of the markets we shop. This guy is stylin' with the top fashion color in ready to wear and home decor:
